Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Extended Christmas returns

 

Orders placed between 19th November 2025 - 22nd December 2025 can be returned up until 8th January 2026.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Sale Items

Sales items can only be returned for an exchange or online store credit

Full priced items where a discount code has been used, may be returned for a refund. 

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been processed and refunded. All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow upto 3-5 working days for the funds to clear back into your account.
